News are kept in different groups or folders and each news must be in one and only one folder called category.
Using this menu you can jump directly to the list of articles that belongs to a category.

In the same menu you can access the document submission form (Submit Document). You can submit a document (news) and it will be automatically displayed in one of the categories of the Documentation Menu.

Moreover in the Private Area you can find the Repository link. This link brings you to the private download/upload area, where you can upload/download files.

Using the Submit Document link un the Private Area menu you can submit documents (news).
These can be articles, papers, audio/video stuff, etc..
It is very important that you carefully choose the category before sending the data in the form.
You can use bbcode (using the small buttons under the Content Description text area or writing the bbcode tags by hand) or html tags. Please use html tags as few as possible.

If you have an article in pdf you can attach it and fill the Content Description text field with the pdf abstract.
More general, you you can attach other kind of files (like zip, wav, images and so on). Please describe each file you attach!

To attach simply click on the Upload section immediately below the Content Description text field and choose the file to upload. Then click in the Content Description field a point where you want to place the attachment and click on Insert download link from existing downloads () and select your file.

Finally you can choose who can access your document: NIW means only NIW members, No One (inactive) if you want to keep invisible and inactive, and Everyone (public) means that everyone (includin a simple visitor) can read your document.

Repository
The repository is a private download/upload area where we can exchange files (files that make no sense to be attached in news/documents/articles).
More information will be added. Please be patient.
